The teams also are shown how to make cost/benefit analysis for each of their improvements. With this preparation accomplished, the teams broaden the involvement in actual implementation to obtain necessary approvals and the buy-in of those impacted by the changes. If warranted due to scope of the changes, the Teams can develop GANTT and PERT Charts to better manage their project(s). This leads us to how to sustain the change.
