What have we done lately?

We would like to share some of our process improvement consulting case studies highlighting the successes organizations have realized through the efforts of our process improvement consultants.

Case #1
A Pennsylvania laser manufacturer had high production costs and could not manufacture product fast enough to meet demand. HPK Group consulting provided training in Lean process improvement techniques and the Kaizen process for both production operators and management staff. Subsequently, the HPK Group Consulting facilitated a Kaizen event with ongoing process implementation assistance resulting in these improvements:

A Florida resin transfer molded products manufacturer needed to produce products faster with less rework. Through Lean training consulting, they were able to effect these process improvements:

Case #3
